I want to welcome all of you to our new site and thank you for checking it out.  We are just getting started here so there aren’t many reviews or companies yet but that will change as you all begin to add your employers.

This site has been in the works for many years now and I know it can become a very valuable and informative tool to anyone looking for work, wanting information about any company, or trying to see how your employees view your company.  Please don’t rule us out yet for being small.  This is only the beginning and we have lots of ideas that we will be adding in the future, but right now we need your help to make this site a useful tool for you.

If you take the time to add your employer or company and write a bit about what it is like to work there it will help us create a wealth of information based on insider reports and what you, the worker, is saying about these companies.  By sharing this site with your friends they can then do the same and we will have an invaluable resource of information on businesses and companies all over the world.

I hope you see how this can make your workplace better and your future workplaces better and join in by adding your voice.   It is my opinion that this will not only be a tool for finding information about jobs or companies, but a way to give employees a voice and knowledge when making decisions about where they want to spend their career.  If companies know that the way they treat their employees is on display and they know what their employees want, we can create a better work environment for everyone.  Happy workers are smarter, more creative, more productive, and have greater loyalty to their companies.  Everyone wins.
